Daylight saving time ends Sunday. At 2 a.m. that day, citizens should turn their clocks back one hour as most of the nation returns to standard time. We return to daylight saving time at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March 2013. The net result as we head into the darker winter months is that there will be an hour more of daylight in the mornings and an hour less of daylight in the evenings.
