A 19-year-old Portland man has been arrested on suspicion of having sex with a 15-year-old Lake Oswego girl.

Wynnston Sung Humphrey Keever was arrested by the Lake Oswego police on Jan. 8. He was arraigned on Jan. 9 in Clackamas County Circuit Court on charges of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy and third-degree sexual abuse.

“We received a tip about this and we investigated it,” Lake Oswego Police Department spokesman Capt. Dale Jorgensen said. “Then, we arrested the suspect.”

Jorgensen said that because the victim in the case is underage, no further information can be released.

Keever was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in court on Feb. 7.
