BURGLARY

4/12/13 11:06 a.m. A house under construction was burglarized overnight, with the loss of a $1,000 tite saw and $500 in miscellaneous tools.

ACCIDENTS

4/9/13 1:43 p.m. Two cars clanked together at the Shell station on Bangy Road. The offending driver was cited for failure to yield right of way. The other driver complained of neck and back pain.

4/9/13 4:09 p.m. Overwhelming road rage was experienced by a woman when she stopped to get some coffee at Starbucks on Centerpointe Drive. A redneck in a large red pickup purposely hit the woman’s vehicle three times and then blocked her door so she could not get out of her vehicle. He said he was angry at how she parked. When the woman called the driver’s company to complain about his beastly conduct, she talked to a rude woman who refused to give her any help.

4/9/13 4:58 p.m. A driver who was driving fast because he was late for work rear-ended another vehicle, then got out of his car and started yelling and screaming at the other driver.

4/11/13 7:12 a.m. Two laptops were swiped from a gray Pontiac parked by an apartment on Foothills Drive.

4/11/13 7:47 a.m. A thief smashed in the window of a Subaru to steal a computer bag. Loss was set at $300. The clout took place on Foothills Drive.

4/11/13 8:16 a.m. The series of car incidents on Foothills Drive continued with a broken window that resulted in $300 in damage to a Ford.

4/13/13 12:42 a.m. A customer described as shaggy and disheveled paid his tab at Gemini Pub with a fraudulent prepaid credit card.

4/14/13 8:28 a.m. A suspect was caught red-handed breaking into a vehicle on McVey Avenue and State Street. Eluding capture, the thin, bearded man managed to take sunglasses and an iPhone with a value between $600 and $700.

4/15/13 9:15 a.m. Two bicycles with a total value of $750 were taken from a residence on Westview Drive.

4/15/13 3:02 p.m. $1,000 in tools were stolen out of a garage on Diamond Head Road.

4/15/13 7:14 p.m. A laptop stolen from a man is now for sale on Craigslist.

4/9/13 11:08 a.m. A woman thought to have passed out in her vehicle in the Albertsons parking lot on Boones Ferry Road was found to be OK. However, she was cited for offensive littering.

4/9/13 12:18 p.m. A pit bull owned by new neighbors charged a woman and her dog while they were walking on 10th Street.

4/9/13 12:55 p.m. A large coyote continues to haunt pedestrians by the Mormon temple on Kruse Oaks Boulevard. The coyote was walking straight toward a woman until a driver honked a horn and scared the critter away.

4/9/13 1:30 p.m. After a road rage incident near the Marylhurst University campus, an angry man driver followed a scared woman driver to her place of employment on Pacific Highway.

4/10/13 10:03 a.m. A woman is not reacting well to being removed by Rite Aid officials on Boones Ferry Road. After being asked to leave recently, she flipped out, throwing glass and sucking at the window.

4/10/13 10:54 a.m. While talking to a state tax bureaucrat, a man mentioned that he was going to put a bullet in his head.

4/10/13 11:51 a.m. At a woman’s house, few lights have been viewed, garbage cans have been left out and mail has piled up. However, a welfare check found that the woman was fine.
