Girl Scouts to honor LO mothers


Moms are invited to Wednesday tea party

Mothers of the Lake Oswego community will be honored with a tea party from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center, at 505 G Ave.

Girl Scout Troop 713, made up of sixth-graders at Lake Oswego Junior High School, is putting on this celebration of mothers by serving finger sandwiches, cookies, scones and more. Mothers are welcome to bring friends and family members.

Admission is free, but donations to the LOACC will be gratefully accepted.
