Round Table Pizza sanctioned for liquor law violations

Round Table Pizza on Boones Ferry Road must pay a $2,640 fine or serve a 16-day liquor license suspension, according to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.

Commission members on Sept. 12 ratified a sanction against the business based on a stipulated settlement related to two violations.

One was for reportedly failing to verify the age of a minor before allowing him to buy or be served alcohol when he appeared younger than 26.

The other was for allegedly allowing an employee to mix, sell or serve alcoholic beverages or to supervise those who do without a valid service permit.
