Council plans open house


The Lake Oswego City Council plans to hold an informal open house and reception in early January to help shape goals and priorities for 2014.

Community members will be able to talk to council members in small groups about their ideas for issues, projects, opportunities and concerns for the calendar year at the event, scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 8 in the West End Building Willamette Room. The WEB is located at 4101 Kruse Way.

The council will then hold a retreat to discuss goals and priorities from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 11 at the Holy Names Heritage Center at Mary's Woods.
