6/24/14 6:02 a.m. A traffic cone was stolen but later returned on Fourth Street. A woman thinks her neighbor did it, because she saw him lurking in an alley shortly before the theft.

6/24/14 8:34 p.m. A daughter’s iPad was stolen after she left it at a location on Monroe Parkway. It was valued at $450.

6/25/14 9:47 p.m. A video camera captured a man in the act of stealing a customer’s phone. The suspect is said to be tall, thin and dishonest.

6/27/14 4:02 p.m. A person who was dog-sitting ended up stealing the dog and is now refusing to give it back.
