The Lakers turned in their best team score of the year at Persimmon on Monday, turning in a terrific team performance with a 293.
Lake Oswego didn't post an individual score higher than 77. In fact, only three players from opposing Three Rivers League teams posted a lower score than that of the Lakers' No. 5 golfer.
It was a well-balanced performance from Lake Oswego that helped the team to its largest margin of victory of the year, 15 strokes ahead of second-place Canby.
Max Carter and Clayton Madey tied for their team's low round with a pair of 72.
Cole Madey was just one stroke back with a solid round of 73 while Adam Ruben fired a 76 and Jackson Kitzinger shot a 77 in his first varsity tournament of the year.
The Lakers have four of the top six golfers in the league currently.
For Lakeridge, the team finished in fifth again.
Jake Reiff shot the Pacers' low round of the tournament, carding a season-best 78.
David Zhou was next with an 84 and Casey Sherrell was close behind with an 85.
The teams will play on their home course of Oswego Lake Country Club next week.
