by: SUBMITTED PHOTO  - The Lake Oswego chapter of National Charity League honored its class of 2013 with a special presentation held April 21 at the Governor Hotel.  Since joining NCL at the end of sixth grade, the 29 members of the class of 2013 and their mothers have performed more than 8,500 hours of community service for 22 different philanthropic organizations throughout the Portland metropolitan area.
