Holloran Wines opens Heritage Council series
The opening program for the Oswego Heritage Council will feature Eve Holloran of Holloran Vineyard Wines on Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. at Oswego Heritage House, 398 Tenth St. in Lake Oswego. She will present a history of wine making in Oregon, as well as a wine tasting either before or after the presentation. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and coffee and cookies will be served.
Holloran Vineyard Wines is a small production winery with vineyards in the Willamette Valley, including the Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity hills and the estate vineyard located in the Stafford area and in Yamhill.Under the direction of winemaker Mark LaGasse, the vineyard produces 4,000 cases each year of a mix of pinot noir, chardonnay, riesling and temranillo.
