Fun activities planned for fall

by: SUBMITTED PHOTO - To prepare for the hustle and bustle of the holidays, parks and rec staff recommend taking classes to calm the mind and strengthen the body, such as Nia, led by Carol Kaplan, center.

West Linn residents are due an apology and let us at the West Linn Parks and Recreation Department be the ones to say “mea culpa” for the erroneous information about the fall special events detailed in the October utility billing. Residents should note the corrected dates for the Haunted Trail at Mary S. Young State Park on Friday, Oct. 2,5 and Saturday, Oct. 26.

Donated items are being accepted for the Haunted Trail. Do you have an ornate dining table or chairs, an unused organ, working or not? These and other items are sought for new scenes along the trail.
