Those with hearing loss can benefit from ClearCaptions phones. A representative from ClearCaptions will be at the West Linn Adult Community Center Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. to noon to share information.

Have trouble hearing phone conversations? Would it help if you could read what the caller is saying? Modern technology from ClearCaptions allows people with hearing loss to understand every word clearly. Ensemble by ClearCaptions is a captioned phone that displays text of conversations in near real-time on a large color touch screen, so listeners can see and hear what callers are saying. A representative of Ensemble by ClearCaptions will be at the West Linn Adult Community Center from 11 a.m. to noon Aug. 11 to demonstrate the phone. There is no cost for the service or the phone.
