Molalla appeals hearing on StonePlace postponed
The city of Molalla public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 11, regarding an appeal for the StonePlace mini storage, has been cancelled.
The city has rescheduled the hearing for 7 p.m. Jan. 22, 2014, at the Molalla Adult Community Center, 315 Kennel Avenue.
The hearing will address an Appeal of the Planning Commission approval for a site design review of 196 garage units associated with the new StonePlace apartments.
All Molalla area citizens may attend, offer testimony or seek information at the hearing. City Manager Dan Huff said any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the city council.
The original staff report, Molalla Planning Commission decision and other information relating to this application is available for review at the Clackamas County Planning Division, 150 Beavercreek Road, in Oregon City.
Copies of the report will be available for a reasonable cost. According to a city notice on the hearing, failure to raise an issue in person or by letter at the hearing with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond will preclude the ability to appeal. Furthermore, failure at the time of the hearing to specify, in person or by letter, to what land use standards your comments or objections are directed, will preclude the ability to raise those issues on appeal.
