Two brothers Life-Flighted after domestic dispute and related DUII crash
Two brothers reportedly engaged in a domestic dispute involving a knife on Saturday near Estacada, which ended in a DUII crash and both brothers being transported by Life Flight.
On Dec. 2 at approximately 8 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Goat Mountain off S. Hillockburn Road east of Highway 211. The dispute reportedly occurred between two brothers, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
The victim reportedly had an injury from a knife and was being driven to meet medical first responders for treatment. He was then transported by Life Flight to an area hospital, according to police.
When responding to the location of the disturbance, deputies were notified of a possible DUII crash, involving the suspect from the domestic dispute. He was in a separate car from the victim. When deputies arrived at the crash scene, they found the suspect at the vehicle. He was injured and was also transported via Life Flight to an area hospital, per police.
Deputies are currently investigating, securing the crime scene and interviewing witnesses. Police say that no names will be released since this is an ongoing investigation.
