Schultz joins Mosaic Medical


Alba SchultzMosaic Medical has announced that Alba Schultz, family nurse practitioner has joined its team and will be seeing patients at the Madras clinic.

Schultz is licensed in family practice and cares for patients of all ages. She received a Bachelor of Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and a Master in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.

Before completing the nurse practitioner program in 2011, she worked at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Boise for several years as a registered nurse in the high risk labor and delivery unit.

Upon receiving her FNP license she was hired by St. Luke’s OB/GYN Clinic where she worked until moving to Central Oregon.

Originally from Venezuela, Schultz speaks fluent Spanish and loves working with diverse populations. Although her passion is women’s health, she is looking forward to caring for all ages in the Madras Mosaic Medical Clinic and becoming an expert in family medicine.

Schultz recently moved from Boise with her husband. She enjoys reading, going to the movies and snowboarding.

Mosaic Medical is a nonprofit health care organization with primary care clinics in Madras, Prineville, Bend and Redmond. It also serves children at the Crook Kids Clinic and both adults and children at the Lynch Community Clinic in Redmond.

Mosaic Medical is dedicated to supporting physical, emotional, social and cultural wellness for every patient. Fees are based on a sliding scale for qualifying patients with limited or no insurance and the clinic accepts private insurance, Oregon Health Plan and Medicare.
