Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

— Ed­uar­do Villalobos Mur­­guia, 38, is wanted on a failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Brian Stephen Nall, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Feliciano Solorio Nambo, 53, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

— Phillip Joseph Need­ham, 56, is wanted on a probation violation for theft of services.

— Jorge Montes Negrete, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance.

Michael D. Kelly, 45, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Rebecca I. Sanchez, 18, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 3400 block of North Center Street.

Officers are investigating a reported theft and burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Southeast Edwards Drive in Dundee.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 300 block of East Third Street.

Bruce G. Montgomery, 44, was taken into custody for failure to perform duties of a driver. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Joshua J. Whittan, 28, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating the reported unlawful use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Gregory J. Garrett, 27, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 17

Troy N. Hawes, 48, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of a menacing, dangerous or potentially dangerous dog.

Oct. 18

A 17-year-old juvenile female was taken into protective custody as a runaway. She was released to a responsible party.

Beu R. Coker, 18, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Linda C. Getman, 66, was taken into custody for theft. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash in the 2500 block of Portland Road. No citations were issued.

Oct. 19

Nicholas C. Ballew, 26, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Byron C. Bitter, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

Zena K. Rilzeff Lontiev, 49, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers located a stolen vehicle in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road. It was determined the operator of the vehicle had been the victim of a fraudulent sale. The vehicle was seized and the originating agency was notified.

Cari C. Cannefax, 42, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Jordan S. Bitter, 22, was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to carry and present a driver license and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Israel F. Moncada-Ochoa, 30, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 21

Larry G. Marshall, 31, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Linnea R. Fettig, 41, was taken into custody for criminal harassment. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 1100 block of Industrial Parkway.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for harassment. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Gabriel K. Luckey, 18, was taken into custody for reckless driving. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 600 block of East First Street.

Oct. 23

Officers are investigating a reported identity theft and forgery that occurred in the 400 block of Lair Lane.

Officers investigated a reported fraud that occurred in the 2900 block of East Second Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Rickey A. D. Lowe, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Dakota S. Bobzien, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

A 16-year-old juvenile male was taken into protective custody at a runaway. He was released to a responsible party.

Oct. 24

Officers investigated a disturbance that occurred in the 500 block of South River Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Lawrence A. Mastne Jr., 46, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was released after meeting with Newberg Municipal Court staff.

Elizabeth J. Villasenor, 26, was taken into custody for DUII and reckless endangering. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Oct. 25

David B. Morris, 49, was taken into custody on a warrant and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua I. Mulbreght, 23, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Erica N. Early, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the county jail.

Erasmo G. Barrera Jr., 54, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 400 block of Hulet Lane. No citations were issued.

Kim L. Ellerton, 40, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was cited to appear in Washington County Circuit Court.

Nicholas M. Snyder, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Courtney A. Vickery, 22, was taken into custody for DUII. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Chad T. Jennings, 36, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 8

Randy Jay Engle, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from McMinnville Mun­ic­i­pal Court on second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.

Katherine Elizabeth Lloyd, a 25-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance. No bail was set.

Thirty-year-old Newberg resident Tiffany Nicole Tread­way was arrested on a warrant from Multnomah County for failure to appear in court to face a contempt charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

Dawn Ashley Watkins, 28, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Nov. 9

Jeremy Ray Montange, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000.

Gary David Wyffels, a 43-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $5,000.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Edwards Street, Foothills Drive, Second Street, Third Street, Princeton Court and Hayes Street.

Newberg Fire Department personnel responded to general alarms at 515 S. Meridian St. and 730 E. Foothills Drive, checked a burn pile at Williamson and Dudley roads, and responded to motor vehicle collisions at Ninth and College streets, Howard and Hancock streets, and at the intersection of Kuehne and Henricks roads.

Nov. 2

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Blaine Street, Hayes Street, Second Street, Foothills Drive, Harri­son Street and Ninth Street.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Meridian and Sherman streets and a general alarm at 203 W. Foothills Drive.

Nov. 3

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Foothills Drive, Hayes Street, Haworth Avenue and Sitka Avenue.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 317 Werth Boulevard, a gas leak at 36550 N.E. Wilsonville Road and a motor vehicle collision at Portland Road and Brutscher Street.

Nov. 4

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Main Street, Second Street, Ornduff Road, Brandon Drive and Rainbow Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 416 S. Harrison St. and checked a burn pile at 600 W. First St.

Nov. 5

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, College Street, Carlton Way and Pecan Court.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1500 E. First St., downed wires at 1717 Haworth Ave. and a motor vehicle collision at 2805 Portland Road.

Nov. 6

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Oak Drive, Ninth Street, Highway 99W and Fourth Street, Sandoz Road, Aquarius Boulevard and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel checked for a burning aroma at 502 E. Second St. and responded to motor vehicle collisions in the 100 block of Sitka Avenue and in the 23000 block of Highway 240.
