Outstanding warrants,

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 2

Jeffrey J. Winters, 32, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving while suspended.

April Janelle Wolf, 43, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Ryan Anthony Wolfe, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and criminal driving while suspended.

Paul Raymond Wood, 70, is wanted on a probation violation for stalking.

Chrystal Lynn Wright, 30, is wanted on an FTA for attempt to elude, hit and run, reckless driving and second-degree theft.

Jeremy Wolfgang Wright, 31, is wanted for failure to carry and present a license.

Robert Lee Wright, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for aggravated animal abuse.

Miguel Padilla Yanez, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Charles Joseph Zamora, 39, is wanted on an FTA for wildlife offense.

Juan Ramirez Zamudio, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude and hit and run.

Joaguin Martinez Zaragosa, 61, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

David Espinoza Zaragoza, 26, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Timothy Earl Zeilenga, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Shana Kelly Laree Zimmerman, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Jose Manuel Acevedo Lemus, 44, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree manslaughter, DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Martin Delfino Aguilar-Orozco, 30, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and first-degree burglary.

Abelardo Aguilera, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Miguel Aguilar Ramirez, 26, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

Mario Aguirre Ramirez, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Mohamed Al Ahmed, 34, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

Florence Lorean Boatman, 30, is wanted on an FTA for stalking.

Lean Renai Sentz, 45, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Logan Shawn Sparks, 38, is wanted on an FTA for contempt of court.

Benjamin David Wozniak, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude, driving while suspended and recklessly endangering another person.

July 24

Donald James Mendenhall, 61, of Dundee, was arrested for failing to appear on a bench warrant. Bail was set at $15,000.

Julia White Berger, 51, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Wheeler County. Bail was set at $2,500.

July 25

Walter Eli Elston, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. No bail was set.

Ian Heath Light, 23, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Jeffrey Michael McElderry, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation and for failure to appear on a bench warrant. No bail was set.

July 26

Andrew Jonathan McCombs, 44, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. No bail was set.

Clayton Leon Shirts, 35, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and strangulation. Bail was set at $20,000.

Austin Ray Haltom, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree sexual abuse. No bail was set.

Jerry Lee Adams, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.

July 27

Peter James Mitchell, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. Bail was set at $1,250.

Vincent Lloyd Peterson, 30, a Newberg transient, was arrested for strangulation, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $12,500.

July 29

Douglas Wayne Minor, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Daniel Warren Peters, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Joseph Andrew Mathews, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. No bail was set.

Alicia Jean Hillis, 19, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Elizabeth Anne Dowell, 19, a Newberg transient, was arrested for menacing. Bail was set at $5,000.

July 13

-Officers took a report of sex abuse in the Newberg area. The investigation is continuing.

-Dylan Ryan Brown, 18, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and third-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

July 14

-Terri Lynn Green-Lopez, 54, was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and theft and arrested on a probation violation detainer after incidents near Portland and Everest roads. She was transported to the county jail.

-Jeffrey Wayne Slate, 59, was cited for failure to register as a sex offender.

-Robert Allen Smith, 24, was arrested for violating probation. He was transported to the county jail.

July 15

-Louis Burnett Williams, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with providing false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail.

July 16

-Jacob Baxter Criswell, 23, was arrested for DUII, harassment and recklessly endangering another. He was booked, cited and released.

July 17

-Ramsey Moses Rodriguez, 32, was cited for unlawful possession of meth.

-Jonathan Daniel Polkey, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

July 21

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Bald Peak Road, Portland Road, Sunny Acres Lane, Burl Street, Third Street, Esther Street, Fulton Street, Blaine Street, Manzanita Street, Williamson Road and Charles Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm at 715 E. Eighth St., a request for public assistance (vehicle lockout) at 112 E. First St. and a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Highway 99W and Fulquartz Landing Road near Dundee.

July 22

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sunnycrest Road, Werth Boulevard, Brittany Drive, Second Street, College Street, Portland Road and Foothills Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at Highway 99W and Fulquartz Landing Road near Dundee, Kuehne Road and Highway 240 and another on Highway 240; downed wires at Stone and North Valley roads; and a miscellaneous fire at 2401 E. Hancock St.

July 23

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Sheridan and Garfield streets, Highway 99W, Brier Avenue in Dundee, Hayes Sstreet, Mountainview Drive and Aspen Way, Dog Ridge Road, Third Street and Main Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at 110 N. Everest Road and MVCs at Highway 99W and 10th Street in Dundee and Mountainview Drive and College Street.

July 24

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Dog Ridge Road, Fulton Street and Lauren Court.

July 25

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Third Street, Fulton Street, Wareham Lane and Hayes Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous fire at Portland Road and River Street.

July 26

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Portland Road, Foothills Drive, Fulton Street, Creekside Lane and Meridian Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a residential fire alarm at 17095 N.E. Dopp Road and a MVC at Corral Creek and Schaad roads.

July 27

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Werth Boulevard, Morris Street, Elliott Road and Haworth Avenue and Linden Lane and Dundee.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC on Bell Road, a commercial fire alarm on Portland Road and a natural gas leak at 204 Highway 99W.
