Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 13

Rafael Urbano Ceras, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

Rodolfo Avalos Ceras, 46, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering.

Atelvina Maravilla Cervantes, 50, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance and felon in possession of a weapon.

Jose Hernandez Cervantes, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Laurel Marie Chaffee, 59, is wanted on an FTA for tampering with a witness.

Robert Dale Chapman, 69, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree theft.

Cesario Chavez-Valdez, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Reyes Chavez Chavez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for reckless endangering and reckless driving.

Jose Anselmo Chacon, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted rape.

Billy Dean Cherry, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

Joaquin Hernandez Cisneros, 49, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse.

Pedro Cisneros Jr., 48, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse.

Thomas Joe Clark, 26, is wanted on an FTA for contempt of court.

Matthew Stephen Cobb, 48, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Dean Norman Cochran, 55, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

Carmen Marie Collins, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Gary Lee Collins, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Matthew Ryan Collins, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

Maximiliano Castillo Colorado, 25, is wanted on an FTA for delivery and possession of meth.

Cass William Cooper, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving.

Paul Raymond Wood, 70, is wanted on a probation violation for stalking.

Edwin Michael Hill, 34, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a restricted weapon and giving false information to a police officer.

Dawn Lila Michlitsch, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Edgar Salgado Labra, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Yamhill County jail reports

Sept. 1

Terri Lynn Petrjanos, 47, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $82,500.

Sept. 2

Darrold Sawyer, 51, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree aggravated theft. No bail was set.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 23, a Newberg transient, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jerry Lee Adams, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000.

Sept. 5

Nancy Shade Hudson, 31, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. The case is pending.

Sept. 6

Alina PJ Cowan, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Bonnie Barry Stephens, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold issued by Marion County. Bail was set at $2,500.

Sept. 7

Crystina Acevedo, 24, of Dundee, was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender and a probation violation. No bail was set.

Phillip Gene Barrera, 60, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Efrain Garcia Huapeo, 48, of St. Paul was arrested on a hold issued by another jurisdiction. No bail was set.

Joseph Allen Haney, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear. Bail was set at $12,500.

Sept. 10

Antonio Ramos Hernandez, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue run log

Sept. 1

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Highway 99W, Portland Road, Hayes Street, Cedar Street in Dundee, Sunnycrest Road, Airpark Way, Everest Road, Ninth Street, Foothills Drive and Hadley Road.

TVF&R personnel responded to a miscellaneous apparatus response at 414 E. Second St., a motor vehicle collision (MVC) on Portland road and a miscellaneous fire at 1913 Portland Road.

Sept. 2

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Main Street, Sheridan Street, Roger's Landing, Second and Edwards streets, Hayes Street, College Street, Spruce Street, Villa Road, Ornduff Road, River Street and Grant Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at 220 Charles St.

Sept. 3

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, College Street, Aldersgate Lane, North Valley Road, Fulton Street and Main Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to MVCs at Highway 99W and Fourth Street in Dundee and Bald Peak and Holly Hill roads.

Sept. 4

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Via Tuscany Avenue, Hayes Street, Dog Ridge Road, First Street, Fulton Street, Blaine Street and Highway 99W.

TVF&R personnel responded to a burn complaint at 1708 Sandoz Road, a smoke detector problem at 519 Eagle St., downed wires at Main and Fourth streets, and a truck fire at 1902 Portland Road.

Sept. 5

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Libra Street, Highway 99W, Morris Street, Meridian Street, Church Street and at the intersection of Villa Road and Carol Ann Drive.

TVF&R personnel responded to a MVC on Haugen Road and a burn complaint at 908 Sierra Vista Drive.

Sept. 6

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Brittany Drive, Second Street, Werth Boulevard, Springbrook Road, Fulton Street, Highway 99W, Eighth Street, Dog Ridge Road and College Street.

TVF&R personnel responded to a natural gas leak at 400 E. Columbia Drive, a burn complaint at 1400 N. College St. and MVCs on Wilsonville Road and at the intersection of River and First streets.

Sept. 7

TVF&R personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Second and Howard streets, Church Street, Linda Way, Mary Lou Lane, Blaine Street, Hayes Street and on Highway 219.

TVF&R personnel responded to a natural gas leak at 2101 Thorne St.

Aug. 18

Salina Sophia Camacho, 22, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident near First and Center streets. A 16-year-old boy was also cited for third-degree theft related to the same incident.

Aug. 19

Nikole Diane Johnson, 37, was cited for failure to carry/present a driver's license.

Aug. 20

Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 4500 block of Fernwood Road.

Aug. 23

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 24

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 28, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Oak Drive and Hulet Lane.

Officers investigated a report of trespassing near Oak and Willow drives.

Officers took a report of a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 300 block of South Center Street.

Aug. 26

Robert Lee Bettendorf, 53, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 500 block of Renfro Way. It was determined to be a civil issue.

Leonard Michael-Ray Wilson, 43, was arrested for violating a release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

Daniel Tracy Gibbens, 33, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 28

Officers investigated a report of criminal trespass/criminal mischief that occurred in the 700 block of East Sheridan Street.

Cara Nichole Leonard, 29, was arrested for violating probation. She was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 29

Andrea Leigh Brown, 40, and Jason Robert Scroggins, 37, were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 4500 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 400 block of East Sheridan Street.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 23, was cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Byron Charles Bouquet, 67, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 30

Frank Dario Maldonado, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher Warren Robinson, 52, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 31

Clinton Guy Roscoe, 46, was arrested for violating conditional release. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 1

Hayley May Morgan, 18, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1300 block of Wynooski Street.

Jacob Thomas Waterhouse, 18, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 1300 block of Wynooski Street.

Carlos Mario Gomez-Pineda, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of heroin.

Jerry Lee Adams, 21, was arrested for violating a no-contact order. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher Anthony Brewster, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Desiree Marie Varozza, 28, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Sept. 2

Seth Hilton Gale, 33, was arrested for violating probation. He was also cited for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael Brandon Williams, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 3

Jad Kalach, 19, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 3500 block of Aspen Way. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 4

Terri Lynn Petrjanos, 47, was arrested for contempt of court. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 5

Two 17-year-old boys were cited for minor in possession of marijuana after an incident in the 400 block of Foothills Drive.

A 16-year-old boy was cited for hit and run after an incident that occurred in the 3000 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of a found wallet. It was returned to its owner.

Sept. 6

Officers took a report of littering that occurred near College and Andrew streets.

Sept. 7

Vincent Lloyd Peterson, 30, was arrested for violating a release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.
