Womans weight training class set
The Chehalem Aquatic & Fitness Center is accepting new clients for its womens weight training class. The five-week program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning May 5 and will taught by certified personal trainer Patty Crowley. Morning sessions will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. and afternoon sessions between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Based on circuit training, the class is tailored to each individuals needs based on current health and fitness levels.
