GARY ALLEN - Work on the site of George Fox University's planned 48,625-square-foot Student Activities Center continues off of East Sherman Street near Villa Road. The building, which will house three basketball/volleyball courts, a running track, a fitness center, a rock-climbing wall, a student lounge and office space for student government and clubs, is scheduled for completion in fall 2018. The project required the demolition of four campus student housing buildings.
