Jack L. Mullican

He died at his home in Scappoose on September 19, 2013, at the age of 76.

Jack attended schools and graduated from Scappoose High School in 1956.

He went on to marry

Darlene Vawser at the Scappoose Congregational Church on August 15, 1959.

They lived in Newport for a short time while their two sons were little; before moving back to Scappoose where they owned and operated Columbia Feed & Supply and Flowers By Darlene.

Jack’s interests included hunting and fishing. He was also an OHA member, and early on participated in the Kiwanis.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Darlene Mullican; sons and daughter-in-laws, Tim and Pam, and Todd and Jeanette; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life was held September 25 at The Village Inn in St. Helens.

Private family committal service and interment were at Fairview Cemetery in Scappoose.
