She carried that volunteer spirit into Friendsview Manor where she and Viola Pratt managed the Manor thrift store for years. They were named manor Volunteers of the Year in 2005 and were recognized at a statewide meeting. Margaret will be remembered by her family for her love, kindness and quiet and profound sense of faith. Shes also loved for her angel food cake, lemon meringue pie, her famous French cookies and great sense of humor among MANY other things!
