Lillard (31 points) provides the punch, and Mason Plumlee helps power Blazer win at Chicago
The Trail Blazers bounced back from the tough Houston loss, winning the first game of their long road trip, 103-95 at Chicago on Saturday.
Damian Lillard had 26 points and Mason Plumlee added 16 points and nine rebounds.
C.J. McCollum had a bad night shooting the ball 1 of 12, scoring six points. But, fellow guards Gerald Henderson (13 points) and Allen Crabbe (11 points) picked up the slack.
The Blazers went 22 of 27 at the free-throw line, with Plumlee going 10-for-13 and Lillard 7-for-7.
Portland, which lost after a 35-point swing against Houston, moved to 31-28 and 12-16 on the road. The Bulls (30-28) were playing without starting point guard Derrick Rose.
Portland plays at Indiana, 3 p.m. Sunday, in the second game of the six-game road trip.
