Captain rejoins Portland's top line, adds physical play; others picked up the slack in his absence

COURTESY: BRYAN HEIM/PORTLAND WINTERHAWKS - The Portland Winterhawks got first-line forward Keegan Iverson back from injury last week.A season ago, beginning in October and into November, Keegan Iverson went on a nine-game point streak. He never regained his mojo, scoring goals in only three games the rest of the season and finishing with only 30 points, including a single assist in four playoff losses.

"I learned from that, which was awesome," Iverson says. "I'm an older guy now, and I can't be sloughing off. I've got to get right back into the game."
