Police seek missing woman
Portland resident Kelly Vincent was last seen in Lincoln City
Police are asking the public to help fund Kelly Vincent, a 51-year-old Southeast Portland woman who was last seen in Lincoln City on May 7.
According to police, Vincent was reported missing after having been out of contact with family members and her job for a few days. She is described as a very reliable person, who has a predictable pattern of daily activity.
Vincent suddenly and uncharacteristically left her job at the Sunset Fred Meyer store in Hillsboro early on May 7. Missing Persons Unit detectives were able to confirm that Vincent appeared on surveillance video that day in a Lincoln City, grocery store. She appeared to have been alone and seemed to have been conducting normal business.
Family members have expressed concern that Vincent may be suffering from a medical condition, which might cause her to become endangered. She is described as a 51-year-old white female, 5'5" tall, weighing 170 pounds, with reddish-brown, shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. The vehicle she was believed to have been driving is a silver or grey, 4-door, 2003 Ford Focus, with Oregon license plates 939 BQM, with possible damage to one of the side mirrors.
Anyone who knows of Vincent's current whereabouts is asked to call local police, so her welfare can be checked. Anyone with additional information about this case is asked to contact Detective Mike Weinstein, Portland Police Bureau, Missing Persons Unit, at (503) 823-0446.
