Portland detectives are investigating a shooting death Monday evening in the Montavilla neighborhood near Interstate 205.

Officers were called at about 7:52 p.m. to a shooting at Northeast 92nd Place and Glisan Street, where they found a man who was deceased. Officers closed traffic on Glisan Street from 88th Avenue to the I-205 overpass for several hours during the investigation.

No other details have been released about the shooting. The man's name could be released Tuesday after an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
