ODOT clears mudslide blocking Highway 30 lane near St. Johns Bridge
Oregon Department of Transportation crews are clearing a landslide Wednesday morning that blocked one lane of Highway 30 at the St. Johns Bridge.
ODOT officials said the slide, about 50 to 100 cubic yards, is blocking the bottom of the ramp leading from the bridge to the eastbound highway lanes. Only one eastbound lane is getting by the slide, which is backing up traffic.
The slide occurred Tuesday during the heavy rain that fell on the Portland area.
