Fourth suspect arrested in SW Portland man's death

A fourth man was arrested Thursday in connection with the March 9 murder of a 25-year-old Southwest Portland man.

U.S. Marshals in Enumclaw, Wash., arrested 20-year-old Clifton Albert Carey. He was sought for the death of Charles Anthony Weber, whose body was found in a Southwest Dolph Court residence. Carey was booked into the King County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Oregon on an aggravated murder charge.

Three other men were arrested Tuesday, March 12, in connection with Weber's death. Mahmoud Moustafa, 20, and Hussein Ali Haidar , 21, are charged with aggravated murder, first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and unlawful use of a weapon.

Omar Ibrahim, 18, is charged with murder and first-degree robbery.

The state medical examiner determined that Weber died of head injuries.
