Police used the Special Emergency Reaction Team and the Crisis Negotiation Team to arrest a domestic violence suspect in Northeast Portland on Monday morning.

Jordan Sterling Willis, 33, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on 62 charges of domestic violence.

According to police, the teams and other officers responded to a residence at 4806 Northeast 109th Avenue after two people refused to come out. Crisis negotiators used a public address system to tell Willis to leave the residence, where his girlfriend lives.

Willis surrendered without incident at approximately 7:15 a.m.

Willis' girlfriend, Rochelle Lashawn Fontenot, 34, also came out. She was arrested for a probation violation.
