Oliva-Rodriguez, 31, was arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Assault in the Second Degree.

According to police, at 12:12 a.m. on July 12, East Precinct officers responded to the report of a fight with weapons in the 3500 block of Southeast 141st Avenue. When officers arrived they located three people suffering from stab wounds.

Mario Martinez, 47, Jose Garcia-Martinez, 55, and Yunier Garcia-Osborne, 28, were all transported to Portland hospitals for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses provided police with suspect information that led officers to the 17800 block of Southeast Stark Street, where officers made contact with two suspects and placed them into custody.

One man was released after a preliminary investigation. The other, Oliva-Rodriguez, was arrested in connection with the stabbings.
