Police seek help identifying arson suspects
The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help in identifying two persons-of-interest in an arson at a local strip club.
At 3:17 p.m. May 7, Portland Police and Portland Fire & Rescue responded to the Wild Orchid Gentlemen's Club, 15826 S.E. Division St., on a report of a fire outside the bar.
Investigators learned that a fight occurred in the parking lot right after closing but club security quickly broke it up. After the fight was over and everyone left, a fire started outside the club, damaging the building.
Police have released surveillance video of two people who investigators consider persons-of-interest. The video can be viewed and downloaded at youtu.be/LjFm0ScokC8.
Both persons-of-interest are described as Caucasian males. One has a heavier build and is seen wearing in the video a gray T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. The other man has a slender build and is wearing a light-colored T-shirt and shorts. Both have short hair.
Investigators would like to hear from anyone with information on the identities of the two persons-of-interest or information on the fire.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
