Pedestrian hurt in SE Portland

A pedestrian was struck by two vehicles and critically injured Sunday evening in Southeast Portland.

The name of the victim was not immediately announced. Both drivers are cooperating with the investigation.

According to police, at 7:12 p.m. on Jan. 26, East Precinct officers responded to Southeast 82nd Avenue and Raymond Street on the report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Medical personnel transported the man suffering from traumatic injuries to a Portland hospital for treatment.

The Traffic Division's Major Crash Team is investigating the accident.
