'The Drowsy Chaperone' comes to town in August
Musical is performed at the Deb Fennell Auditorium
The Broadway Rose Theatre Company presents "The Drowsy Chaperone" in August.
A multiple Tony Award winner, "The Drowsy Chaperone" pays tribute to the jazz age shows of the 1920s, featuring a die-hard musical-theater fan playing his favorite cast album on his turntable when the musical literally bursts to life in his living room.
Performances run Aug. 3 through 19, with evening performances Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and matinees at 2 p.m. on Sundays and on two Saturdays, Aug. 11 and 18, all at the Deb Fennell Auditorium, 9000 S.W. Durham Road, Tigard.
Tickets start at $30 for adults, with discounts available for groups and youth.
