UPDATE: Traffic back to normal on Highway 30 in Linnton

UPDATE: 4:21 p.m.

The high water has receded in Linnton on Highway 30 and traffic is now moving at a regular pace.

Commuters should be prepared for significant delays on Highway 30 at Linnton today as the eastbound lanes have been temporarily closed because of flooding.

As of 2 p.m. on Jan. 19, the Oregon Department of Transportation says drivers should expect estimated delays between 20 minutes to 2 hours because of high water. Traffic is being diverted into the westbound lanes at Harborton Drive. ODOT says to use caution when commuting.
