Nancy Stutzman, (second from left) director of the Community Meals program offered through Columbia Pacific Food Bank, was named volunteer of the month for August by Columbia County's Retired Senior Volunteer Program. Stutzman was recognized in person by the 2017 My Fair Lady court.
"Nancy has been volunteering for Community Meals, helping to serve hot, nutritious meals to anyone hungry and lonely for over [four] years," Monica Cade, director of RSVP, stated. Stutzman is known for wearing seasonal festive aprons made by her daughter. Kathy Bauska, director of Community Meals, lauded Stutzman's volunteer work.
"I couldn't do it without her," Bauska said. "She will not say no to anything at Community Meals. She really is so precious. If you don't know Nancy, you're missing out!"
