The Lady Indians' basketball team kept pace for a while against Tillamook last week, but never got things going against Banks in two Cowapa League losses.

The Tribe was tied with Tillamook after the first quarter, but slipped to a six-point deficit by halftime. They only managed two field goals in the second half in a 51-22 loss.

At Banks, the Lady Indians started slowly and quickly fell behind the 13-2 Lady Braves. It was all but over at halftime with Scappoose trailing by 22 points, 33-11.
