The Sherwood School District Budget Committee has three new members. Andy Jensen was appointed by the board to Position 2 on Dec. 12.

The remaining two positions were re-posted, and on Jan. 16, the board appointed David Bodway and Michael Hiland to Positions 3 and 4, respectively.

Each candidate was appointed for a term of three years.

Jensen is an enterprise architect for Portland General Electric, Bodway is a senior accountant for Clackamas County’s finance department and Hiland is a computer programmer. All three appointees are parents and active volunteers within the Sherwood community.

The first Budget Committee meeting will be held on Jan. 29, at 5:30 p.m. in the Laurel Ridge Middle School Media Center.
