The Sherwood Bowmen Boys Basketball Summer Camp for boys entering the third through eighth grades is set for June 18 through 21 at schools throughout the city. The camp, designed for boys who aspire to be future players in the Sherwood Basketball Organization and the Bowmen Boys Basketball programs. It is unique in that it is centered on the Sherwood program philosophy, directed by Sherwood High School coaches, and staffed by current and former Bowmen Basketball players.

The camp is rooted in the fundamentals of the game, competitive drills, and enjoying a fun week of basketball. Each of our daily sessions is loaded with hands-on teaching designed to assist both beginning and advanced players. The goal is improvement, and a more comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed in the Sherwood Program.

In addition to drilling fundamentals, and discussing program philosophies, Bowmen Camp shares with campers what is expected of players off the court as well as on it.

Cost is $70 per camper, $60 per camper (with two or more siblings participating).
