Organicology, a conference and trade show about sustainable foods, returns to Portland Feb. 7 to 9 at the main downtown Portland Hilton Hotel.

The three-day event features workshops on organic goods, food policies, seed production and other topics; a one-day trade show where visitors can partake of food samples; and presentations about federal programs and other topics. The event is sponsored by Oregon Tilth, Organic Seed Alliance, Sustainable Food Trade Association and Organically Grown Co.
