Business and political leaders will gather Tuesday, Oct. 15, for GoGreen Portland 2013, the annual conference on building sustainable businesses.
Portland Mayor Charlie Hales and Cheryl Myers, Gov. Kitzhabers director of economic and business equity, will deliver keynote speeches.
Other sessions will focus on climate change, strategies to expand the sustainability movement, how to use data tools, strategic partnerships to make healthier materials, economic resurgence built on carbon reduction, and employee engagement.
Oregon business leaders from companies including Pacific Pie Co., Ninkasi Brewing Co, and others will share their experiences.
The all-day event is in the Oregon Ballroom at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
