Police log

Information for the public safety column comes from public records of the Sandy Police Department. Police recently filed reports on the following incidents:

WARRANTS

3:52 p.m. June 12; Anthony M. Marino, 34, Sandy, was arrested near Proctor Boulevard and Strauss Avenue on a Klamath County warrant for possession of methamphetamine. He also was charged with giving false information and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $30,000 bail.

5:26 p.m. June 14; Bethany R. Miller, 24, Estacada, was arrested near Highway 211 and Meinig Avenue on a Clackamas County detainer for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated. She also was charged with driving while suspended. She was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

12:59 a.m. June 15; James R. McCumber, 42, Prineville, was arrested near Highway 26 and Vista Loop Drive on a Crook County detainer for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated. He also was charged with driving while revoked. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $42,000 bail.

7:13 p.m. June 15; Tracey G. Gray, 32, a transient, was arrested near McCormick and Wolf drives on a Clackamas County warrant for failure to appear for criminal mischief. He also was charged with identity theft. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

BURGLARY

5:38 p.m. June 10; a business owner with a business in the 38700 block of Pioneer Boulevard reported that someone had broken into the business, but nothing had been taken.

THEFT

1:26 p.m. June 3; the owner of a business in the 37600 block of Ruben Lane reported that during the weekend someone took about $100 worth of gas from a company vehicle. No suspects were identified.

4 p.m. June 3; a woman living in the 17000 block of Fir Drive reported that someone entered her car overnight and took several items. No suspects were identified.

5:44 p.m. June 3; a resident of the 37700 block of Green Mountain Street reported that someone broke into an unlocked vehicle overnight and took several items. No suspects were identified.

Midnight June 4; a man living in the 16900 block of Fir Drive reported that someone entered both of his cars and took several items. No suspects were identified.

11:42 a.m. June 4; a resident of the 15800 block of Dreamcatcher Avenue reported that someone broke into two unlocked vehicles and took several items. No suspects were identified.

2:15 p.m. June 4; a woman living in the 15300 block of Penny Avenue reported that someone broke into her vehicle and took a tool. No suspects were identified.

6:33 a.m. June 6; a resident of the 39300 block of Trillium Avenue reported that someone broke into his work truck and took several items of work equipment. No suspects were identified.

6:34 p.m. June 6; a resident of the 39900 block of Mitchell Court reported that someone broke into and damaged a vehicle overnight, taking several items. No suspects were identified, but an investigation is ongoing.

CITATIONS

1:30 a.m. June 15; Mitchell D. Clemenson, 22, Rhododendron, was cited and released in the 39100 block of Pioneer Boulevard, accused of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
