• The Clackamas River Basin Council invites local residents to assist in the restoration of a wetland in Sandy. • The Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is featuring the creative work of Phil Wells of Boring. His works in watercolors, acrylic paint on watercolor paper and garden plants cast in mortar along with his creative framing with recycled wood will be displayed during February in the visitor center, 38963 Pioneer Blvd. For information, call 503-668-4006.

• Dual Diagnosis Anonymous of Oregon meets at 1:15 p.m. Wednesdays at the Clackamas County Mental Health Sandy Clinic, 38872 Proctor Blvd. All are welcome to join this meeting. Dual Diagnosis Anonymous is a peer support program based on a version of the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous with an additional 5 Steps that focus on dual diagnosis (mental illness and substance abuse).
