Norma Brundage

Damascus resident Norma Brundage died Sunday, Nov. 11, at Tender Mother’s Care in Damascus. She was 92.

A private burial was held at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Monroe, Wash.

Norma was born Oct. 25, 1920, and raised in northern Washington. She graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 1939.

Norma worked as a secretary for a medical office for the United States Government. She married Charles “Russell” Brundage March 26, 1948, in Everett, Wash.

The couple made Damascus their permanent home in the 1970s. From 2009 to 2010, Norma lived at Avamere in Sandy before moving to Tender Mother’s.

She enjoyed baking, gardening, her friends Alina and Gee Gee at Tender Mother’s and her dog Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2001.
