Pioneer Cemetery gets spruced up

Volunteers will be hard at work Saturday morning sprucing up the Sunset Pioneer Cemetery in Tigard.
The Tigard Breakfast Rotary will be at the cemetary from 9 to 11 a.m., clearing invasive plants.
Volunteers are asked to bring gardening tool and wear jeans, work shirts, gloves and boots.
Parking is available at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11305 S.W. Bull Mountain Road, or at the nearby Shell Station.
The cemetery is accessible by walking up the gravel road to the right of northbound Pacific Highway, just south of the Bull Mountain traffic light.
