University of Phoenix hosts entrepreneur event
The University of Phoenix is hosting a free entrepreneur event at its Tigard campus April 4.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their business cards for the large networking opportunity.
Current and aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to the event, where attendees will gain information about how to build, finance and sustain a business.
The event will include a panel discussion focused on how to fund a business to help business owners achieve long-term success. It will also offer networking opportunities. Attendees are encouraged to bring their business cards.
Flint Holland, director of University of Phoenixs Oregon Campus, will be available to discuss why the University is hosting the finance-focused entrepreneur workshop in the local market.
Gaining access to capital can be a significant challenge for new entrepreneurs, said Flint Holland, University of Phoenix Oregon Campus director.
