The Tualatin Farmers Market’s summer season opens this week.

Food, fun and friends can be found on the Lake of the Commons in downtown Tualatin on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Local farmers will bring strawberries and a bounty of other fresh produce.

Visitors can enjoy live country music provided by Brad Creel.

Willowbrook day camp will also offer fun activities for the kids.

The market also welcomes new vendors this year, bringing fresh pasta, breads and cupcakes.

Vistors can also swing by to visit with familiar faces returing with local meats, honey and flowers.
