Hubbard police seek public's help in locating residential burglary suspect
Hubbard police are seeking the public's help in locating a suspect in a residential burglary.
Anthony Adam Sandoval, 25, of Hubbard, is wanted for charges of first-degree burglary and theft of a firearm. The Hubbard Police Department has a warrant for his arrest.
According to a press release from Hubbard police, the suspect gained entry into a residence, located near Third and I streets, through a bedroom window in the early morning hours of Jan. 24. In addition to stealing hand tools, power tools, GPS radios, hunting gear, electronics, cash and ammunition, the burglar also took a loaded handgun.
Police believe the suspect made multiple trips into the residence and that several of the items were found in the suspect's yard. The loaded handgun has also been recovered in the general area.
Obtaining a search warrant of Sandoval's house on Jan. 27, police were able to recover nearly all the stolen property in an upstairs bedroom.
However, Sandoval is still at large.
