Thursday, Aug. 10

• 12:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of South Main Street and found a broken picnic table at a business.

Friday, Aug. 11

• 8:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of family disturbance in the 300 block of North Sheridan Street and the officer responded to a complaint of yelling. The subject was advised to keep it down, officer did not observe any crimes.

Saturday, Aug. 12

• 1:25 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Meridian and Downs roads and arrested Mark Kalugin, 27, of Woodburn and he was charged with DUII.

• 5:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of West Marquam Street and an officer made contact with the subject and advised he was on private property. The subject left the area.

• 6:44 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Hook Road and a citation was issued for driving while suspended.

• 8:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of Monroe Street and issued a citation for failure to use a seatbelt.

• 10:06 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Lincoln Street and the officer contacted the involved parties and determined no crimes had occurred.

• 10:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 200 block of Cherry Street and arrested Travis Orlandi, 26, of Mount Angel, and he was charged with first-degree burglary and attempted theft.

Sunday, Aug. 13

• 12:05 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop in the 10000 block of Mount Angel-Gervais Road and issued a citation for driving while suspended.

• 6:41 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire call in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

Monday, Aug. 14

• 12:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 9000 block of Humpert Lane and an officer contacted the driver, no crimes observed.

• 7:44 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of South Main Street.

• 11:23 a.m.: Police responded to a theft report in the 500 block of South Main Street from a residence.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

• 3:54 a.m.: Police responded to a report of noise complaint in the 400 block of South Main Street and the officer made contact, the resident turned down the music.

• 6:57 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Main Street and issued the driver a citation of driving while suspended and failure to obey a traffic control device.
