• 10:09 a.m.: Police arrested Salomon Vazquez Hernandez, 33, of Marion County, in the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue, and he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Monday, Aug. 21

• 3:23 a.m.: Police arrested Devon Bradley Kozina, 22, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

• 11:23 p.m.: Police arrested Elizabeth Judee Mercado, 23, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Newberg Highway, and she was charged with harassment.

Thursday, Aug. 24

• 9:41 p.m.: Police arrested Kenan Glenn Newton, 23, of Silverton, at Walmart, and he was charged with failure to appear and violation of parole.

Friday, Aug. 25

• 1:30 p.m.: Police arrested Maria D. Vasquez, 30, of Woodburn, at Goodwill and she was charged with shoplifting.

• 3:02 p.m.: Police arrested Timofey Efimoff, 34, of Marion County, in the 600 block of W. Hayes Street, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Saturday, Aug. 26

• 6:42 p.m.: Police arrested Amador Mendoza-Ayala, 20, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

Sunday, Aug. 27

• 3:02 a.m.: Police arrested Isidro Morales, 48, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of Hall Street, and he was charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree attempted assault, harassment, strangulation, and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

• 11:31 a.m.: Police arrested Joel Ignacio Hernandez, 34, of Hubbard, at the intersection of Mount Hood Avenue and Progress Way, and he was charged with DUII.

• 4:33 p.m.: Police arrested Timofey Efimoff, 34, of Marion County, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and E. Cleveland Street, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 4:41 p.m.: Police arrested Francisco Carrillo-Jacinto, 41, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Young Street, and he was charged with DUII.

• 4:53 p.m.: Police arrested Ines Lara Dominguez, 42, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of James Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Monday, Aug. 28

• 7:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Aksenia Street.

12:54 p.m.: Police arrested Reynaldo Paredes-Contreras, 61, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Start Street, and he was charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and menacing.

• 3:10 p.m.: Police arrested Eric Reyes, 30, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Andrea Court, and he was charged with vandalism.

Tuesday, Aug. 29

• 11:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of Johnson and Joyce streets.

• 12:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 700 block of Blaine Street.

• 2:06 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 100 block of Bradley Street.

• 4:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving in the 4500 block of Pacific Highway.

• 7:13 p.m.: Police arrested Deonis Nick Martushev, 22, of Marion County, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 800 block of Brown Street.

Wednesday, Aug. 30

• 10:02 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of South Pacific Highway.

• 10:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1200 block of Park Avenue.

• 4:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1000 block of Wilson Street.

• 6:04 p.m.: Police arrested Cassandra Jimenez, 26, of Marion County, at Walmart, and she was charged with trespassing.

Thursday, Aug. 31

• 1:46 a.m.: Police arrested Sergio Salinas, 58, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and interfering with a police officer. Also arrested was Jose Pena De Jesus, 28, of Woodburn, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, distribution, manufacturing, and posession of controlled substances.

• 4:40 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 8:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of E. Lincoln Street.

Friday, Sept. 1

• 8:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:51 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1100 block of E. Lincoln Street.

• 2:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 400 block of N. Front Street.

• 1:04 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Harvard Drive and Stacy Allison Way.

9:42 p.m.: Police arrested Glenn Eddy Stevens, 67, of Hubbard, in the 3500 block of Second Street and he was charged with second-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief, and reckless burning.

Sunday, Aug. 20

7:01 p.m.: Police arrested Douglas Allen Kirkbride, 44, of Tigard, in the 3800 block of 10th Street and he was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

5 p.m.: Police arrested David Elijah Lopez, 26, of Hubbard, in the 3000 block of G Street, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

• 6:01 p.m.: Police arrested Bram Sid Anthony Breshears, 39, of Donald, at the intersection of D and 10th streets, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

• 12:12 a.m.: Police arrested Joshua Lee Lay, 38, of Clackamas County, in the 3900 block of Pacific Circle, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Saturday, Aug. 26

• 10:11 p.m.: Police arrested Phillip Charles Corcoran, 46, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Front Street and Jones Road, and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, Aug. 28

• 10:04 a.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving at the intersection of Pacific Highway and D Street.

Tuesday, Aug. 29

• 4:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving in the 4500 block of Pacific Highway.

• 6:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2900 block of Walnut Court.

• 7:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of S. Pershing Street. Officer found vehicle door open, vehicle was secured.

Friday, Sept. 1

• 8:55 a.m.: Police assisted with a fire in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

• 11:26 a.m.: Police assisted with a fire in the 500 block of E. College Street.

• 2:28 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire at the intersection of Palmer and N. Garfield streets, an officer assisted in extinguishing a small brush fire.

• 10:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 900 block of S. Main Street. Officer made contact with the vehicle occupants and determined no crimes had occurred.

Saturday, Sept. 2

• 1:19 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 800 block of N. Main Street. Officer found vehicle door open, the vehicle was secured.

Sunday, Sept. 3

• 12:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of North Sheridan Street, resident reported hearing strange noises near property. Officer responded but was unable to locate anything suspicious.

Monday, Sept. 4

• 3:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of East Charles and North Main Streets, the officer found broken glass in the roadway and damage to the Chamber of Commerce flowers.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

12:16 a.m.: Police arrested Juan Carlos-Tejerano, 25, of Canby, in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, and he was charged with DUII.
