• 7:53 p.m.: Police arrested Jodi Lynn Parker, 49, of Molalla, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and she was charged with arrest on warrant.

Saturday, Dec. 9

• 4:29 p.m.: Police arrested Eric Morales-Mejia, 20, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Tomlin Avenue and North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, DUII, hit-and-run, and reckless driving.

• 8:30 p.m.: Police arrested Maria Del Carmen Ruiz, 66, of Woodburn, at Goodwill, and she was charged with shoplifting.

• 9:22 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 51, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:27 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Correa-Morales, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Tierra Lynn Drive, and he was charged with harassment.

Monday, Dec. 11

• 8:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1400 block of Commerce Way.

• 8:20 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2600 block of Oxford Street.

• 1:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Bi-Mart.

• 3:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1900 block of Jansen Way.

• 3:38 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Luis Rodriguez-Ayala, 21, in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with purse snatching.

• 7:33 a.m.: Police arrested William Travis Dillon, 31, in the 2900 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with strangulation.

• 11:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of neglect in the 1800 block of West Hayes Street.

• 10:50 p.m.: Police arrested Andres Lopez Garcia, 44, of Marion County, at the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine.

Monday, Dec. 18

• 12:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an unknown individual trying to get through a locked door in the 500 block of Elm Street. The officer made contact with the individual and determined they had no ill intent, they were just confused.

• 11:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue.
